These terms are intended to provide clarity on how our solutions are to be used, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you as a valued client or user.
Clara ERP is designed for use by schools, colleges, and other educational institutions. Access credentials such as user IDs, passwords, QR codes, or biometric data are institution-specific. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details. Unauthorized access, misuse of accounts, or attempts to breach security protocols are strictly prohibited.
Our platform offers modules covering Academics, Administration, Finance, HR, Communication, and extended features such as integrations with GPS, payment gateways, and biometric systems. While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances.
Institutions are responsible for the accuracy of the data they upload, including student records, staff details, fee transactions, and communication logs. Clara ERP is a facilitator and cannot be held liable for errors in data entry, incomplete records, or misuse of the system by internal users.
You agree not to use Clara ERP for unlawful activities, to distribute malicious code, or to interfere with the functioning of the system. Reverse engineering, duplication, or reselling of the platform without prior written consent from Clara SoftTech is prohibited.
All content, design, software, and branding associated with Clara ERP remain the intellectual property of Clara SoftTech. Institutions are granted a non-transferable license to use the system for their internal operations only.
Pricing is based on the modules subscribed, number of users, and level of customisation. Institutions are expected to make timely payments as per their contract. Non-payment may result in suspension of services.
While we employ industry-level safeguards, Clara SoftTech will not be liable for indirect damages such as loss of profits, operational delays, or third-party system failures. Our liability is limited to the value of services contracted.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect new features, compliance requirements, or improvements. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
